Maxim Hovanschi: "Our national team did not deserve to lose in Lankaran"

 - Maxim, hello. Why did you lose to Azerbaijan?

- Hello. Our national team did not deserve to lose in Lankaran. A draw would be a fair outcome of the game. We did not play any worse than the hosts and created many opportunities. Unforunately, we did not manage to score.

The Southerners have a good team with good players who try to show ambitious football.

The only thing left is to accept the loss and make conclusions to play in official games as good as possible.

- Perhaps, the team did not have enough time to adapt?

- I don't think that it is the main reason, We had enough time to get ready for the match.

The thing is that that there are some new players on the team and some misunderstanding. Teamwork needs time to be built.
