Olimpia vs Sheriff - our guests were weaker in Bălți

On Wednesday, April 7th, on the Lokomotiv stadium were held the National Junior Championship matches. Olimpia (years of birth - 1994 and 1995) hosted their peers from Sheriff Tiraspol.

The first fight was held by the disciples coached by Oleg Palii, boys born in 1995. Roster: Golban, Cemschii, Rogac, Ghenaitis, Pleșca, Sinegur, Laevschii, Dambrovschii, Luca, Nulman, Lacusta.

The first half was controled by the hosts. Immediately after the break, Vladimir Sinegur makes it 1-0 after a penalty kick. 

Two minutes later,Ivan Lacusta scored for 2:0. On the 65th minute, the same Lacusta, again using his high-speed and precision scored his second goal in this match. But this was not enough, and after a couple of minutes, our striker registered his hat-trickl. Final score 4:0 for Olimpia.

The boys born in 1994 tried to achieve the same success as his teammates. The head coach Vladimir Luchianov left the following players on the field: Golovatîi, Trinca, Cernovei, Pogor, Marcu, Vîrlan, Janu, Zareciuc, Isac, Jurat, Bogonos.

The game turned out quite flat. Our players were actively looking for gaps in the opponents' defense, but ultimately failed to find them. Sheriff was the one to open the score.

Wasting a couple of fairly good moments, our young men, however, were able to send a decisive blow in the posts a couple of minutes before the end of the match. Vitalie Grijuc was the one to score the last goal in this game and thus, brought the draw on the scoreboard.
