Brazilian Football Team wants to play for FC Olimpia
8 January 2010
The Brazilians got interested in the contest called "Become a football star in a moment!" set up by FC Olimpia Bălţi and Internet TV SPORTS.md. More than several hundreds of the Brazilian players, performing in different leagues, from amateur and juniors to the superior Brazilian league want to play for FC Olimpia.
We remind you that the Moldavian club has high chances to reach the European Cups this summer. Everyone ready to pay more money than anyone else can play for Olimpia in the European competitions. The starting price of the contest is 10 thousand euros, but the contest may end as soon as someone will pay 1 million euros.
However, the majority of the Brazilian players want to play for Olimpia for free, considering their level of playing much higher than that of the local players and therefore they can actually strengthen the squad from Bălţi. Brazilians are ready to come to our country as soon as they get an invitation from Moldova. Their dream is to win with Olimpia the national championship of Moldova, to reach the European Cups and get brilliant results on the European arena.
FC Olimpia vice-president, Serghei Chiseliov was surprised, but at the same time puzzled by so many willing to play for his team.
- I can not imagine how we can test so many players - Chiseliov said. - There are so many phone calls, e-mails. Since the contest was launched, players from Argentina and Venezuela got quickly interested, but now a plenty of proposals from Brazil, from both the players and their agents. There are enough players for ten to twenty National Teams! I think that for now we will invite just those with European passports, they do not need to bother about visas. But I will soon go on a working trip to South America - first to Brazil, then to Argentina and Venezuela.
I hope to see plenty of young players. Who knows, maybe we can really find young football talents! It is worth saying that 7 Brazilians have already expressed their desire to buy a place in the Olimpia roster for the starting price of 10 thousand euros.
We remind you that the person, who pays more money for a place in the Moldavian football club will get a special bonus: Internet TV SPORTS.md will make a movie about his adventures in Moldova and on the European arena. All the world's mass-media will be talking about him. This person will be the lucky one to become a football star in a moment!
